What Are Chakras?

The word Chakra comes from Sanskrit and means “wheel” or “vortex.” These energy wheels constantly rotate, receiving and transmitting life force energy (Prana).

According to ancient Indian yogic science, there are 7 main chakras, aligned along the spine from the base to the crown of the head.
